Making a Zone Meal is simple.
Just remember that each Zone Meal must contain an equal number of Zone Food blocks of protein, carbohydrate and fat.
Zone Meal Plan for men would comprise of 4 Zone Food blocks of each group of zone food i.e. 4 Zone block of protein, 4 Zone block of carbohydrate and 4 Zone block of fat.
Zone Meal Plan for ladies will comprise of 3 Zone Food Blocks each of protein, carbohydrate and fat.

Making Zone
Meals are easy with the Zone Meal Plan "hand-eye" method.
When preparing Zone Meals just simply take a plate and divide it into three equal section.
Fill one third of the plate with low fat protein, two third of the plate with non-starchy low glycemic fruits and vegetables together with a dash of heart healthy monounsaturated fats i.e. olive oil
The Zone Perfect Meal prepared will keep you in the Zone by stabilizing insulin level for the next 4 to 6 hours.
